KoBu Power: Original workout set to music, uses a weighted bar which will vary according to fitness level. Click here for a detailed description of KoBu Power.
KoBu Defense: Education of the self-defense escape techniques in the KoBu Power workout.
This program does not use music. Due to its more intense nature, certification time will vary according to one's proficiency in learning the martial arts. Therefore, two versions of this certification are offered: The first is geared for Martial Art Instructors and the second is designed for those with little or no martial arts background.
KoBu Cardio: - Uses a lightweight bar (1 to 9 lbs.), high intensity and fast-paced for weight loss.
KoBu Kids: Uses a KoBu Kid Bar, age-appropriate instruction for discipline and focus, also helps with weight loss.
KoBu Chi: Modified workout set to music, uses a lightweight flex bar, slow-paced and low impact strength training geared toward seniors.
